2023 Leadership Conference for Nurses

MONL is proud to sponsor this upcoming conference. Nurses and other healthcare professionals have been through a myriad of challenges during the past few years and our profession is experiencing nurse burnout, high turnover rates, retirement, and emotional and physical stressors. As a result, many nurses are in the midst of reflecting on and resetting their personal and professional goals. Taking the Lead 2023: Mapping Your Personal Leadership Path will address these issues head-on and in-person. Interactive sessions will focus on a proven framework for creating and sustaining work-life balance, creating stability in the face of constant change, the healthcare landscape in Michigan, and mapping your personal leadership pathway. We invite you to come together to learn from experts, reconnect with colleagues and renew your passion for nursing in the beautiful setting of the Inn at St. John's. As a result of this program, participants will be able to describe a proven framework that addresses work-life balance in an ever-changing healthcare environment and a plan to create and sustain a personal leadership path.
