Throughout history nurses have stepped up in times of crisis by providing care and innovation that has saved lives and reduced suffering. The coronavirus pandemic has presented today’s nurse leaders with unprecedented challenges in all settings. The MONL “Lessons in Leadership” webinar series will explore how leaders are responding to these challenges in front line care, nursing education and advocacy work.
The focus of this FREE presentation will be on the adjustments nurses and nurse leaders in practice and academe have made during this pandemic. It will highlight ways partnerships have been built and strengthened, how nurse-guided innovations have been created toward solutions, and how the pandemic created opportunities for meaningful change.
